About Me
Jeff has been training in qigong since 2007. He is board certified through the National Qigong Association as a Clinical Qigong Practitioner and Level 2 Qigong Instructor. He has completed 9 years of clinical qigong training as well as a 2 year teachers training in the Luohan Gong system as taught by the late Sifu Gasper Garcia. Jeff is also a certified instructor in Jingui Golden Shield Qigong and Kaiut Yoga.

Jeff currently lives in the PNW with his wife, 2 cats, and 1 dog. He is an ordained minister, assistant teacher and space holder at the Clairvoyant Center of Hawaii. Jeff currently offers ongoing classes in Jingui Golden Shield Qigong, and Qigong Guided Meditations to all who wish to learn.

At Centered Living, our philosophy is rooted in spiritual kindergarten, in freedom, and permission to be right where you are. We know that ultimately, each of us has our own answers within, and the ability to heal ourselves. Our job at Centered Living is to teach you the tools and hold the space for you as we each walk this path of healing and discovery together.
At Centered Living, we believe the path to creating true change comes from within each of us, and that by cultivating and healing ourselves, we heal the world. We understand that healing and growth is not a linear process, but a journey, and no two healing journeys are exactly the same. Our goal is to encourage our clients to find the joy in the journey, to validate themselves, to trust the process, and be gracefully committed to their own growth.
