You may ask, “what is a picture in energetic terms”? Well, a picture is a fixed mental framework that ties up our light in a way that makes it inaccessible and creates a reflexive “knee jerk” response in emotion and behavior as well as limits our freedom and our choice. They are referred to as pictures because when you look at them clairvoyantly on a spiritual level they appear as pictures where the communication is conveyed through metaphor and imagery. Some pictures you want to have in your space so you don't have to keep reinventing the wheel every time you do something. However so many of our pictures get in the way of us being the truest versions of ourselves. A strong limiting picture that is being held in your space can prevent you from seeing or allowing other possibilities from coming into your experiences. It can prevent you from seeing your “truth”, and what’s right in front of you.
There can be pictures around all kinds of things, from serious pictures, money, sexuality, over efforting, your fears, shame, guilt, trusting yourself, your sense of worthiness, having to little, having to much; pictures around love, commitment, relationships, family, letting go. It is very common in today’s world to have unconscious pictures around needing to take on other people's pain energy, frustrations, or life problems to help them process and grow. It is also common to have pictures around not being able to heal yourself, that energy isn’t real, that life is hard, that you are not in control or senior in your space. This list could go on and on…
Your energy system will naturally want to clear the pictures you have that are holding you back, however the tools you use and the way that you do it will vary depending on which frequency you are approaching it from. Each approach is as valid as the others. At what frequency or tool kit you use to clear your pictures will always depend on what your body needs from you at the time. If you listen to yourself, you’ll know by what calls to you the most, what inspires you, or what would feel the best. Life gives us so many opportunities to clear our pictures, whether we are conscious about it or not. However if you can make this work conscious, you can do many lifetimes of work in a very short amount of time. It is amazing at the level of growth that can happen!
Clearing Your Blind Spots.
It may seem pretty straight forward clearing the pictures that we can see by looking at where we feel bad or held back in our life, or through those patterns or events that just keep happening. But what about those pictures we can’t see? This is where our relationships to other people can be enormously helpful in helping us clear our blind spots through identifying our matching pictures with them.
So what does it mean to have “Matching Pictures” with someone?
Well, you know those “certain” people who you just don’t like to be around? Or who bring out a certain behavior or emotional response that you don’t like to experience, or that you find uncomfortable? Maybe they subtly remind you on an emotional level of how you use to feel as a child when you were disregarded or neglected, maybe they remind you of not feeling good enough or bring up that old sense of abandonment. Or maybe they remind you of the feeling you got from someone close to you that imprinted the idea that you had to always be serious, that “life is hard”, “no pain, no gain”, “if you want something in life you have to fight for it” “nothing in life comes easy”, the list could go on, and on. You can always identify having a matching picture with someone because they will emotionally trigger you in some way. If an energy, or a person makes you want to respond reflexively out of impulse instead out of choice there is a matching picture. An energy or a person does not have the ability to emotionally trigger you or enter your space unless you have a matching picture with them.
Some of the best places to start where we will find the most matching pictures is with our families and loved ones. Our pictures want to be cleared, and we are drawn the most to those people and situations who will help us clear them.
