Qi

Qi (also spelled "Chi") is the Chinese term for your life energy, your vitality. Qi energy is responsible for your warmth of character, your sense of passion, your health, stamina, strength, resilience, and protection. It also is the energy that connects you to the rest of life.

Qi is one of 3 primary frequencies of energy that make up the 3 Treasures of Taoist science. These frequencies of energy are referred to as “Jing”--Original Essence, “Qi”--Vital Energy, and “Shen”--Spirit.

Qi energy is life energy in motion. Qi moves through many dimensional layers beyond our 3rd placing it outside the realm of language, the mind, and fixed descriptions. Its wisdom and the truth of it can only be conveyed through direct experience moment to moment within your own cultivation. Qi restores and boosts the energy of life, it heals, softens, unites, restores wholeness, and integrates the many seen and unseen layers of the self; ultimately uniting one to the source of all life.

Qigong

Qigong (also spelled Chi Kung/Chi Gong) translates to mean "life energy cultivation". Qigong is a system that branches off into both hard-external and soft-internal styles; focusing on martial, medical, health & longevity, and spiritual applications. Each school of development offers a unique approach in activating the innate intelligence within the human being in reaching its full potential. Many of these practices encompass herbology, external exercises, Taoist neigong, and moving meditative forms alongside clinical qigong treatment.

Qigong practice integrates body, mind, and energy. It is a practice that connects you more deeply with nature and restores your essence in the body. When your essence is restored, the effects of aging are slowed and can even be reversed. Qigong practice heals and strengthens your physical body. Consistent practice, matures your meridians, clears out the blockages that prevent energy flow, and increases the level of energetic current your body can hold. The accumulation and refinement of your qi through qigong practice provides the energy needed in developing and expanding your awareness as spirit.
