This an ongoing class focusing on the foundations of Wing Chun Kung Fu. We begin with the development of root, learning the first form Siu Lim Tao (little Idea), along with drills and application. This is a small class setting where you can receive one on one focus in your training.
We are looking for students who will dedicate themselves to this highly efficient, intelligent, and powerful martial art.
I request of my students that they practice on their own between classes with a minimum of 6,000 punches and 250 kicks per day.
Wing Chun training is best accompanied with Jinqui Golden Shield Qigong and the levels of training beyond the abdomen.
